  1. 1 Ilish Fish (1 Kg)
  2. Onion (2 Cup)
  3. Green Chili (7/8 no.)
  4. Mustard Oil (4 Tablespoon)
  5. Corriender Powder (2 teaspoon)
  6. Turmeric Powder (2 teaspoons)
  7. Red chili Powder (2 Teaspoon)
  8. Corriender Leaves (2 Table spoon)
  9. Salt to test

Direction:

  1. Cut the ilish fish into pieces.
