Papua New Guinea Kindeng Mill Coffee

The Kindeng Dry Mill, which is situated in the Papua New Guinean region of Jikawa, is the source of this coffee. Cherry is bought in bulk from several smallholders. This region’s farmers often own farms between one and two hectares, with sandy loam and loamy clay soil types.

Coffee is the main industry in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, making up 20% of the nation’s total production. The terrain is stunning, with mountains and river valleys, and heavily forested. Specialty coffees are becoming very famous these days for their distinct flavor profiles, especially from regions like Waghi Valley, where this coffee is grown.
